If for any reason you are have difficulties logging into the Primal Restoration membership site please read the following:  

You might have an extra space at the end of your password. If you do, you won’t be able to login. 

Try clearing your browser’s cache, closing the browser, re-opening the browser and then carefully typing your userid and password

Be extremely careful not to add a space at the end of the user id or password. Also passwords are case sensitive. 

If you’re not sure how to clear your browser’s cache, there is a link below that will help you do that step by step. 

Sometimes trying to login into another browser works too. 

It's recommended to use the Chrome browser from a desktop. It doesn't always work on an iPad. 



Enter password exactly from the login details email we sent you (or if you have changed your password, type it in exactly to what you changed it to)

Re-open browser and go to Primal Restoration login screen. 

Carefully enter user id and password in the login fields. If you paste the password in, be very careful not to include an extra space at the end or you won’t be able to login.

Note: If you are not logged in, go to, hover your cursor over the “Primal Restoration” tab to see login screen. The login page will load. Or login on the top right of the page. You should see the Customer Center under the tab if you are logged in.
